Bill,

When I download my LOTW report, I rename it to show the date of 
download, for example - lotwreport 9_28_2004.adi. I keep all of these 
reports in a folder along with my other LOTW documents. That way, it is 
easy to tell when I last downloaded the report. Yes, the date that is 
populating the window is the date you last downloaded.
