Got a question for the assembled braintrust. As I was sitting around this afternoon waiting for the TJ3 station to grace SSB with his presence, I was wishing there were a way to get TXT or e-mail notification of all-time new spots on my cellphone. Essentially, I already have an amazingly good filter set established, both through my AR cluster connection's settings on a coarse level and through DXBase for fine.
What I'd really like to see is a subset of "priority" level spots that get escalated to urgent status and are beamed out to a cell or pager. Anybody know of a way of doing this? Seems kids and executives are swearing by TXT messaging -- there's gotta be a way of doing this for DX spotting!
