Folks, I have been trying to change the properties of the main log with no
success for the last three releases of DXbase. Please allow me to paint the
scenario.

First, there is no problem in changing the properties in real time. In other
words, I want to see my main log with Comic Sans text, blue background in the
log itself and maybe some red column headings. This can be done with the style
properties. Then you tell it to save the settings but it does not. The next
time you load the program you get the same old boring font and background that
is shipped with the program. Now, on the other hand, I can do exactly the same
thing to lets say the Internet packet window and it remembers the changes..

Anyone have any ideas ?

Thanks,

Using the Styles Menu, after you have changed the colors, font, and any other
attributes,
you get back to the Styles menu.

Put a check in that little box at the lower right that says.

'save as default'....

that should do it.
