Jim,

You can download the basic QSO data you uploaded to LoTW but information as to whether or not you sent or received a conventional QSL from a particular station can not be recovered from LoTW. You can, of course, recover those QSO's which have been confirmed on LoTW.

Here is a resource you can use to do the LoTW recovery:

     Good luck.

I have lost both my primary hard drive and the one I back it up to. My
next stop is a data recovery service, and I've been told that Fry's can

list of what I need recovered, but I have a couple of DXbase questions.

I have an old DXbase backup, which is several months old. It may
contain my license file. Just before the crash I uploaded the log to
LOTW. Of course that doesn't include what QSLs I have received, which
is a huge problem. Ignoring that huge problem, if I reinstalled DXbase
on a fresh HD, somehow got a license file, imported the last backup I
have or can get, can I download a file of QSOs with QSL info from LOTW
and import that?
