Dave,
When this happens, remember that the tq8 file has already
been created and is ready (whenever you are ready and the LOTW
website is ready) to be uploaded.. Nothing is lost, when
you see this happen - just wait until the website is not BUSY,
and upload the tq8 file.
You should never have to uncheck the QSLS column!! Because
the tq8 file is still on your computer and ready.

Not a problem unless you have a ton of qso's to upload as Joe's program marks them as sent and if you cant log in no data gets transferred..
Id suggest logging into the LoTW site first before trying to upload the data..
Now this error message could be from a server mixup too but its a done deal and i had to go back and uncheck my qso's so when the site works for me again I can do an upload..
Just a little FYI.. I did go back a couple times and just try to log in and i havent been able to as of yet..
