The only advantage to multiple Internet DXCluster capability is that
sometimes clusters go down (mine goes down abt every 3-4 months and its
usually because of my cable service or a bad power outage). Having 2
connections means you should always have a connection (unless its you who
loses the internet connection). More than 2 really isn't needed and as a
DXCluster sysop I would not impose that capability on other sysops.

I could consider a list as proposed where if you fail on the first one, it
goes to the second one, etc. That way you would only have 1 connection but
you could define the clusters you want to go to when the primary fails.
