So how does one get around this to make it work? According to the DXCC Desk
this service is no different than eQSL! They will not accept them. Maybe the
chief NCIS inspetor was out to lunch and the probee was doing it.
If these cards are printed in the USA mailed to my home and I submit them to
the DXCC desk, DXCC desk should accept them but this is contradicting from what
the DXCC desk had said.

may be recalled is that GlobalQSL was not permitted to print and mail cards
from a US station and use the the ARRL incoming QSL service to forward that
card to another US station. But printed cards from a DX station come
through ARRL and are accepted by DXCC.
