Steve,

Look at the QSL Info window. If you click on the call you just worked it
will show up in the DX Call box. Or you can manually type it in there. If
you are connected to a DX spotting cluster, click on the Lock button to
prevent the call from changing if a new spot is posted. Right below is the
Manager box. Enter the manager's call there. Note the two radio buttons at
the bottom of the screen to "Use DXbase" or "Use CDROM". The address
windows may or may not have info for the managers call. If you don't use a
call book CDROM check the "Use DXbase" radio button. In the DXbase Address
box you can manually enter the QSL managers address OR go to QRZ and hunt up
the manager's call. When it comes up, click on the call and a window will
open with his address info. Copy it and then paste it into the DXbase
Address window. Hit the Save button and a window will pop up and ask if you
wish to add the manager's address info to the data base. Click yes and
another window will pop up and ask if you want to save the manager's call as
the routing for the DX call. Again say yes. Now the call and his manager
info is in the DXbase data base.

Set the QSL Via field set to either Manager or Mgr-Buro. Once that is set
click on the QSO label icon in the tool bar and the info will be sent to the
Pending Label data window. If you are sending direct also click on the
Address label icon in the tool bar and the manager's address info will be
sent to the Pending Label file. Before you print the labels go to
Output/Standard Reports/Database Topics/Label Topics and print one of the
adxf.rpt reports. This gives you a cross reference list of the calls and
their manager so you get the card into the right envelope for mailing.

If you clicked on the Lock button to prevent the call from changing due to a
new spot, click it again to free it up.

73,
Gary AL9A
