Windows7 is not the problem ... I have the SAME problem seen also on
my XP computer ...
I am at a total loss of what you see and what NOW - I SEE!!!
I see that apparently DXbase2007 - pulls in the Lat/Lon for
the Home Locations "strictly from what is in the dxb2007.ini file" ..
Like you see -- and I see it ALSO on my XP computer -- is that NO
MATTER what you change and set the location to -- and you close out
DXbase2007 -- on opening up DXbase2007 again -- the Home Location
is read as the SAME thing as BEFORE the change (same thing as in
dxb2007.ini file) ..
I CAN see on my Window7 machine/ my XP machine -- and DXbase2007 ver 1.10
a file (IN THE WINDOWS directory) named as
dxbatlas.ini
This ini file contains the UPDATED INFO!!!!!!!!!
SO - Kim - I would say that you have found a BUG in DXbase - to - DXATLAS
interface -- in that the dxbatlas.ini file is made/updated as usual -- BUT,
APPARENTLY this ini file IS NOT looked at when you close out and then open up
again
DXbase2007 ... The info is there -- just never being USED by DXbase2007.
Only Neal can help us now -- to see what happens to the dxbatlas.ini file
