I note that Neal's email with his fine comment on cynicism has repeated any number of times now (10? More?)
However, I think they all have the same timestamp, so that likely wouldn't be him repeating the sending. His ISP may be stuck in a loop resending to the listserver. Such things happen, and are very hard to get cleared up! I've seen Yahoo decide to resend whole batches of group list emails to everyone on the list!
