I have fixed it in the installer I used....it’s the one for DXLab. This quit being fun a while back...I’m moving away from DXbase.
Windows 7 is probably the best operating system MS has ever released. Windows 8 rates up there with the worst. I bought a new computer that came with Win 8 and am now spending $175 to “Upgrade it back to Win 7” go figure. I’m convinced MS released Win 8 to try to do an end round on the Tablet market and get more people to use the Win Tablet. I think they sold out the desktop/laptop users...so 7 is as far as I go until they get their heads straight. 8.1 is no fix. Good luck folks... It does not make sense to have to go through these hoops to install the software on these new operating systems!
