HUH?!  Lemme check...  Well, it's not as nice as it USED to be, but it's
hardly broken...  Which version are you using?  I've got:

geeky1,60:~/doc% sgml2txt -v
SGML-Tools driver version 0.99.7

I know it works, 'cause that's how I preview the Tips-HOWTO for the LDP.
