The only thing keeping eplus from compiling against 1.3 is the dependency
question, which will be fixed for DR11 (again via configure, ah well). I
haven't upgraded to 1.3 yet myself, so haven't had a chance to find out
whether a binary compiled against 1.2 will still work with 1.3.
