we offer other much faster ways of getting gold. Online checks for example. At
Kissmygold we put things through a new extensive verification process. Since atleast
one person has tried to steal from us, we have to be carefull about everything that
comes in. Service on mailed media is slower then electronic payments. However, our
customers would like for us to continue to offer a low rate of exchange. The only way
we can do that is by keeping our costs down.
