http://www.self-gov.org now has an e-gold donation link. For my own perverse, personal reasons having nothing to do with either e-gold or OmniPay, I've been thinking about a little experiment. Many times, people notice that it seems that only a certain political flavor of organzation tends to take e-gold, and they tend to be libertarians like the Advocates (though the Advocates are not partisan, as a 501 c3). I can't say I've been surprised at that, at least in the early days of e-gold, and for many of us economics closely intersects with politics, but there are obviously purely-economic reasons to accept e-metal donations. I wonder if -- spurred perhaps by a reward? -- it would be possible for anyone here to get folks in the authoritarian quadrant. Non-libertarians are ok, I guess, but I'm actually thinking of downright ANTI-libertarian groups (maybe Handgun Control Inc.*?). Tell ya what, I'll even reward amusing attempts if they generate interesting/fun messages here with clicks of e-gold (weight would depend on humor-factor as I see it). Any thoughts? Also, please note that there are STILL grams available for JP's stickers on cars photo contest at Banana. Has everyone I snailed stickers to actually gotten them? thanks. JMR * I could not approach HCI with a straight face, so I haven't contacted them myself. --- You are currently subscribed to e-gold-list as: archive@jab.org To unsubscribe send a blank email to [EMAIL PROTECTED]
