Dear Friends, Well, that was cool. Went to bananagold.com and ordered books, books, more books, and jellies from Amazon's site. As easy as pie. Tasty as a piece of cake. A walk in the park.
More web sites should be this easy to use. Oh, and Netscape Communicator 4.7 did not have any trouble even with log orders waiting for Juicer. So, the message on the screen (don't be using Netscape if you are waiting) seems inapplicable. Curiously, using Internet Exploder 4.0 caused my "proceed" button not to function. Hit it, nothing, no transfer to the e-gold payment page. Not a problem, though. Went to Netscape.
