I don't think this would be much of a problem to do with a WAP interface.
Most people who will be accepting payment through the WAP SCI will probably
not be beginners and capable of using a server-side script like ASP or PHP
to do the hashing and then generate the client side cards.
The major problem is securing it through SSL. WAP requires you to set up
your own gateway to do SSL through. This is the largest problem I see with
doing a WAP SCI. No problems with the HDML implementation expect that its
not used that much.
