Well, if I would build online casino and started it here in Czech 
Republic, it would be stopped by force of state. It could have been 
legal only if I would get license from the state which is likely to 
happen only with A LOT of money for government.

For "minting" digital gold currency (DGC) it is even worse. It is 
illegal to use other than "lawful" currency for common trades. It is 
also illegal for everyone except central bank to emit currency. I heard 
it's even illegal to criticise the central bank (www.cnb.cz)
