Assuming that the email sent was in fact the one Eric received full of spelling mistakes and bad grammar, consider this... Established and profitable exchange agents have both the luxury of being able to pick and choose who they want to do business with, and the sense of what might be a scam that one only gets when one has been burned before. New exchange agents on the other hand can fall into the trap of accepting business from everyone, being in need of profits, and having not yet learned the signs of a scam. Something to consider.
