I believe this type of incentive program attracts people with an "MLM-ponzi-HYIP get-money-for-nothing" type of attitude, and the sooner e-gold is rid of the incentive programme altogether, the better it will be for the gold economy. How many serious banks or financial institutions do you know that give kickbacks to customers for referrals? IMO the incentive programme simply encourages spam and the wrong type of activity in the gold economy.
