I want to buy an anonymous debit card (cirrus) and
while searching the web I realised that most are
scams.. like tntexchange.com who are asking you to
send them $900 UPFRONT.

I use http://permaworld.org/ and it is not expensive. About 30USD to get and a couple of percent to use.

I don't get anything for promoting it either. Just find it fast and efficient and they do not charge like a wounded bull.
