At the same time, this guy makes the same point that John Kyle of Cambist.net keeps making: people do notice the exchange rates. I think the argument that out-exchange fees run 3% to 9% shows poor research on the part of this guy, but he's trying to make a case, right? Expedience does seem to dictate his choices instead of ethics.
