In the case the Federal Reserve Note " redemption NOT = exchange" since, as you say, redemption means 32000 USD/XAU and exchange means 350 USD/XAU. Of course, but any government *can* indirectly interfere with a free market by forbidding its citizens to be a part of it. So, I am not mistaken, I am being realistic. Any government can say "you can't use electronic currencies, else you could go to prison". As long as there is no law to regulate electronic currencies, I can use them as I use any other valuable, but if there would be such a law, I would have to follow it or move to another country (which ain't that easy... for now).
