Frederick, THANK you for bringing this to my attention. In fact, there were at least 5 other debit card funding orders affected, as well. I relied upon a trusted staff member to arrange to fund these cards, but it didn't happen for some crazy unknown reason. Grrr. Other cards were funded OK! I have made urgent communications with the debit card funding company, but I think not a lot will happen until Monday US time.
In the meantime, I have apologised to your friend. All the other affected customers will be immediately advised today.
