Thanks for that. But I had troubles installing the latest driver as well.

So I assumed I need 8.x. How come that I missed the point that 8.x doesn't
support my lan cards?

I have troubles with RX/TX errors on built-in LAN card. Upgrading driver
was a part of investigation where I tried to exclude LAN card fault.
