Subject: [Eagleusb-dev] possible bnm files
Hi,
Windows driver have lot's of possible dsp firmwares[1], but linux
version only have 2 firmwares (one for isdn and another for pots).
In eagle-usb faq, it is said that the bnm are compatible for every modem
version.
So why windows driver need all these bnm files ?
Regards,
Matthieu
e is for eagle chip
9 should be for 930 (previous adsl chipset before eagle) actually
unsupported under linux (you will find some clues looking at
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=69106 elsa adsl modem)
i for isdn, p for pots
I have no clues to know what chip could use the first bnm files (ADI 918?).
thanks,
what's strange is
$grep -i eagle *
CMV3i.TXT:;ISDN for EAGLE
CMV3p.txt:; POTS for EAGLE
cmvei.txt:; ISDN for EAGLE
cmvep.txt:; POTS for EAGLE (43e2ead4)
cmv.txt:; POTS for EAGLE
so the other seem for eagle chip
