Hi,
blino asked us if he could put eaglectrl in /sbin so that hotplug can
get the modem operationnal as fast as possible (even before filesystems
are mounted... /usr for example).

Rather than put the DSPcode back in /etc/eagle-usb/dsp, we may put it
in /lib/hotplug/firmware/ (either directly or
under /lib/hotplug/firmware/eagle-usb/) : there are 2 files
dsp_code_isdn.bin & dsp_code_pots.bin)
This will apply to LiveCD (Move) as well I think...

Only Mandrakelinux^WMandriva^WMantiva^Wyou_name_it is currently
concerned, but it may give ideas to other distributions ?

WDYT ?

It should be ok, as with Tux, we found (again) the following options
in ./configure :
  --with-dsp-dir Path to DSP files
(default=/usr/share/eagle-usb/dsp)
  --sbindir=DIR system admin executables [EPREFIX/sbin]
there will be fctStartAdsl / Stop as well, but that should be ok

Now we are searching for this EAGLEUSBVERSION to get the appropriate
numbering by eaglestat...

BTW, we are preparing 2.3.0 release, you're welcome on
irc.tuxfamily.org/6667 #eagle-usb
