I guess, that must be an item - "Close All Unused". This must close all
tabs, with difference bitween timestamp of last editing and
System.curentTimeMillis great that $RECENT_TIME$.
$RECENT_TIME$ - idle time of editing file. If i'm do not edit file for this
time - it's may be highlighted as gray, moved to end of tabs, etc. But this
must be colored, becose i need to see that tabs come to unsed. This
$RECENT_TIME$ must be setuped from IDE Options->Editor
