Declarations for abstract methods (single line ending in a semi-colon) would
not have the + to the left because they would not be folded. The tool tip
that is now associated with the {...} could be associated with the +
instead.
I find the {...} to be unnecessary and distracting.
Visual Slick Edit does a beautiful job of folding and does not use {...}, it
just puts a + in the margin to indicate folding.
It also allows folding of code and comments separately. When folding
comments, it will either hide the entire comment, or just show the first
line.
