As far as I can remember, when I was unlucky enough to be forced to use
VAJ 3.5 and Websphere (notice: no intention to start any kind of religion
war regarding companies or products), they use their own internal deployments
descriptors, which you can't even hope to use on another app server. So, why would you
expect IntelliJ to use Ibm's format?
You might need to write your own plugin.
