Agree partly, what's related to the ITN tracker. The search feature is
a mess (e.g. with Opera you can't search at all) and you do not have a
real overview (especially to see the most recently fixed issues). But
it is better than a newsgroup or mailing list, because issues don't
get lost (I hope so).

I would have liked it much more, if they would have chosen JIRA
(www.atlassian.com), because it is *significantly* better. But it
seems, that IntelliJ has the ITN tracker for some time and used it
internally before opening it to us. Surely they want to sell it as a
separate product in the mid future, so I have the hope, that it will
become more easier to use and less error prone soon.
