I agree, but I can see the argument for wanting to share a run/debug "configuration".  
Rather 
than provide yet another option, how about a means to import/export one or more 
"configurations".  This way, I could easily mail the file to my team, and they could 
import it.  
Common ones shouldn't change very frequently anyways.
