If Ariadna can only run on JDK 1.4, it will lose all Mac support. Mac OS X currently only supports JDK 1.3.1 and 1.4 support is not expected until much later this year. Mac users would therefore be stuck at IDEA version 2.5 and miss out on Ariadna's great new features.
