Adriana,
Are you sure PCO is active ? Try STRPCO again, does it come back with a 'already active' message ( IWS4010 )
If it is active then running a PC command should be no problem.
As far as I know there is no other service that needs to be active in the PC

I have started the Client Access/400 Organizer using STRPCO, then used STRPCCMD to run a command, but I get the error

'Required PC program (PCO.EXE) is not active

No communications with PC can occur.'

Any help is appreciated.
