I apologize if it was not clear from my previous post, but the there
is a charge for the toolkit.  The test version allows the code to be
run on a specified machine for a limited time in order to make sure
that it meets your needs.  I will be sending the documentation to
everyone who requested it and will follow up with the test version for
anyone who is interested.
