If you have a number of programmers web guys etc. who know HTML why oh why
force the newbies to learn all about it - particularly if that is the
stumbling block? Web page design is an art form - very difficult to do well
and a bad design is far more disastrous than a bad 5250 design.
Have someone who knows web design build the pages and just teach these guys
how to "fill in the blanks" and write the RPG logic.
Just my opinion.
