I'm not aware of a recent easyconfig for GAMESS-US, other than the ones
already included in EasyBuild (and available at
https://github.com/hpcugent/easybuild-easyconfigs/tree/master/easybuild/easyconfigs/g/GAMESS-US).
Have you tried using those with the latest version of GAMESS-US?
