Yes, I see the same output.

So was 'python3 -m pip check' added to the sanity check in 5.1.0?  

The problems seems to be that the check picks up the .pth

  /usr/lib64/python3.6/site-packages/zedat.pth

which I use to make programs installed on an NFS share available.  Thus
I seem to have polluted my environment.  I'll try to fix that.
