Heyaz. The second pre-release of the 1.40 version of
EchoVNC is now available:

We've improved the auto-proxy-detect capability, so
it should be easier to use, and log more useful information
if it fails to connect.
Any info regarding how well it works with HTTP or
SOCKS proxies is very appreciated!

For those of you trying to use EchoVNC from clients
that are behind firewalls *and* web proxies, I would very much
appreciate any feedback about the added proxy support. It passes
our testing here (HTTP, SOCKS4, SOCKS5 with/w.o. passwords),
but nothing beats real-world data.
