RE: Internet as Activist Tool

Before jumping to the conclusion that the internet is a tool not for
non-elite activists,  I urge jdm and others of this categorical opinion to
check out econet, conflict net, and peace net, all provided by
igc.apc.org  (=The Institute for Global Communications, member of The
Association for Progressive Communications), and all of the other affialiate
represented there from all over the world!
