Hi!
This is exactly the problem - not overpopulation - a population of
overconsumers and consumers of the wrong kinds of products!
The population control impostion would not work because it would be
unenforceable and not resolve the root of the problem which is overconsumption
and the price for green products - Regarding the word imposition - some people
would definitely view it as such and not agree with the mandate to have only 2
children! You would be imposing on their right to have 3 children if they
wanted!
