GS- Deference is also a mental thing. How do you propose to stop it?
It is my view that women will tend to discuss things and open up when 
together that they would not discuss when a male is in the class
(with reference to patriarchy etc). Apparently Mary Daly shares my view 
and she has far more experience in the matter than you.
