How can - if you say that it is in the person's mind- you defer to
someone in the classroom IF ITS IN THE PERSON'S MIND?Explain that to me

GS- Women defer to men in so many ways. As an example in a feminist
class, a woman may not contribute as much on patriarchy as she may have
if the male was not there. She didn't start to speak and then stop as
the male spoke, she chose not to speak at all (perhaps later
perhaps never at all) It's the way some women are around men. They are
conditioned that way.
