Green Mountain College
 Environmental History. Green Mountain College invites applications for a
 full-time position in environmental history, Assistant Professor level,
 starting Fall 2000. Candidates should have a Ph.D. in history with ability
 to teach gender studies, and should demonstrate a commitment to excellence
 in teaching and scholarship. Green Mountain College is an innovative
 liberal arts institution with an environmental focus. In addition to
 teaching upper and lower division courses in history the candidate will be
 expected to contribute to our environmental studies program and the
 college's writing intensive, environmental, general education program.
 Review of applications will begin January 6 and will continue until the
 position is filled (pending financial approval). Send a letter of
