Please forward to interested people Dear colleagues and friends,
we are filling two new tenure track group leader positions in fish ecophysiology and fish movement ecology in our Fish and Fisheries Department at Leibniz Institute of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries in Berlin (www.igb-berlin.de<http://www.igb-berlin.de>). The application deadline is November, 10. Details of the application process can be found in these two links: https://karriere-igb.softgarden.io/job/49631758/Tenure-track-group-leader-position-f-m-x-in-Fish-Movement-Ecology?jobDbPVId=158218998&l=de https://karriere-igb.softgarden.io/job/49631378/Tenure-track-group-leader-position-f-m-x-in-Fish-Ecophysiology?jobDbPVId=158206498&l=de We are seeking highly motivated “fish nerds” who are interested in joining us in Berlin at Lake Müggelsee and built their own groups. Our institute is a lively, international environment, which is intimately linked to all Berlin universities, but focuses on research. The new group leaders will become an important asset to our department and find excellent laboratory and other facilities to built their own research on freshwater fish. Please spread the word among early career scientists and also more senior career stages as vastly as possible. This is a unique “cluster” hire, which will not happen for many years to come. Many thanks and all the best.
