Hi, All I'm searching for a simple method to quantify the biodiversity of decomposition fungal in the wood. I plan to see the relationship between wood decomposition and fungal diversity, so I wish to find a simple and fast method that can deal with large quantity of samples. Any suggestion will be helpful.
