Do you know of any good food science/food technology/food industry
lisetservs?
I am writing a grant. For the budget, I need to provide justification
for my own salary as the PI, business owner and scientist doing a
majority of the research - such as industry salary surveys for a Ph.D.
entrepreneur in the field.
One source might be this report (the 2011 survey) but I cannot seem to
access it or find a copy so I am not sure (if you can get one to me it
would be greatly appreciated!):

It's not a large grant and I am not trying to justify a large salary,
but whatever I put down needs to have some basis rather than just
numbers out of the air (from what I understand).
