Ph.D. positions are available in the Holeski Lab (http://www.holeskilab.weebly.com), Dept. of Biological Sciences at Northern Arizona University. Research in the lab broadly focuses on the evolution, genetics, and ecology of plant-herbivore interactions within Mimulus (monkeyflower) species. The graduate students will use a variety of greenhouse, laboratory, and field-based approaches to investigate the genetics and phenotypic plasticity of plant morphological and chemical traits that influence plant-herbivore interactions. Interested candidates should contact Dr. Liza Holeski (liza.hole...@nau.edu) by October 20th, 2018. Please include a C.V. and a brief description of your background and research interests. Qualified Ph.D. applicants who apply by December 2018 may be eligible for the NAU Presidential Fellowship Program, which provides a significant boost to graduate stipends and additional research funding.
