I eat possibly too much grains and nuts. Both can create various problems.
Grains contribute to an acid condition. Nuts are fattening.

Be cautious of this type of advice. I submit that it is imprudent to
knee-jerk to each "new study" that appears. Professors and researchers are
pressured to publish, hence there is a plethora of studies showing that
broccoli is a health food/broccoli can kill you. Were we to react as
suggested by all the reported studies, we might be changing our diets and
lifestyles daily. I suggest that one not make important health decisions
based on "new studies" until further studies corroborate. And know that
each body is unique. Generalizations suck big time.
