Questions about ECS 2.0

  This might be a repeat (as it looked like the last email bounced) but...
     
  I was interested in adding/updating the support for Voice XML, and it looked 
like 2.0 might be a better match architecturally for what I was looking to do.
   
  I was wondering if anyone was working on this code, and if not, if anyone 
would mind if I took up an effort to finish it.
